Since I moved to Niigata in April 2006, ramen has become my Sunday's lunch. One time, there were five of us who went out for lunch at a Ramenya-san (Ramen Resto). Upon receiving my order, I took a picture of it. One of the guys asked me why I took a photo of it, when suddenly without thinking I replied: I am going to make a blog about my ramen addiction (hehehe). That's how it started... So, whenever I am going to eat ramen starting next month, be it Monday or other days of the week, but most probably Sunday, I will take a picture of it, describe it, and maybe I will judge it from scale of 1 to 10 (1 as the highest rate). I believe I will have fun: Me, eating at my own risk, and You, reading at your own risk.
